My two-start pitchers last week came through in three of the four starts, with the only blemish being a fairly major one with Danny Duffy getting destroyed on Sunday against Cleveland.

However, three quality starts is a pretty good week with two-start pitchers. There’s more two-start pitchers available on the waiver wire in week 7. Here’s the best two-start pitchers for 7 in fantasy baseball.

Tyler Anderson is a quality addition as a two-start pitcher in week 7 of the fantasy baseball season. Flickr

Tyler Anderson, SP, Colorado Rockies

Week 7 sets up nicely for Anderson. He’ll offer you two starts and he gets road matchups against two of the lowest-scoring teams in Major League Baseball.

It also doesn’t hurt that he doesn’t have to toe the rubber at his home stadium, either.

Anderson will square off against San Diego and San Francisco this week. Both teams rank in the bottom-10 of run production in MLB.

And while Anderson isn’t a great add for a permanent stay on your fantasy baseball roster, he does offer some upside occasionally. He has a career 8.3 strikeout-per-nine-inning tally and he generally maintains good control.

He’s still available in 80 percent of fantasy leagues on ESPN.com, so he’s worth an add this week.

Chris Stratton, SP, San Francisco Giants

Consider this as an opportunity to buy low for a guy who has decent stuff.

He’s been terrible in recent starts, surrendering five or more runs in two of his last three starts. He’s having trouble with his command, eliminating a nice start to the season.

He’s good enough to pick it up and he should revert closer to the form we saw earlier this season, when he was giving up two or less earned runs in four straight starts.

This week also welcomes some favorable matchups, with home tilts against Cincinnati (bottom-half in runs and batting average) and Colorado (bottom-10 in batting average).

I’m not worried about his recent rough patch. He should be able to adjust and provide quality starts.
