We dominated this past week in our Survivor Pool predictions, nailing all three picks for our week 14 edition.

With the season coming to a close, you’re likely almost out of teams to pick in Survivor Pools. That’s OK, because there are still a few matchups to exploit with only three weeks remaining.

Here’s our best options for the week 15 NFL Survivor Pool.

Best Bet

Washington Redskins

We’re in week 15 so you can’t guarantee wins at this point. But with all the teams we’ve used, the Redskins offer the best option.

And a lot of our confidence with this pick has to do with the opponent, the Buffalo Bills.

Let’s forget about the last home game for Washington. It was a perfect opportunity for the Cowboys to win, and even though the Redskins lost, they still had ample opportunities to win that game. They weren’t impressive by any means, but we’ll consider that an aberration to what Washington has already accomplished this season at home.

Since a week 1 loss to Miami, the Redskins are 5-1 at home and doing it behind a quarterback that is far better at home than on the road. Minus this past win against Chicago on the road (which was a good day) Kirk Cousins has been a different quarterback at home compared to the road.

At home, he’s completing 74 percent of his passes. On the road, he’s barely above 60 percent. He has a 12-2 touchdown-to-interception ratio at home. On the road, he’s at five-to-eight.

And let’s not forget how good the Redskins looked this past week against Chicago. Washington needed a win to keep pace in the awful NFC East, and it did. That should be a good indication of how well the Redskins will approach the final part of the season.

Don’t dismiss the impact of back-to-back road games for the Bills. We all heard about how big this past week’s game was against the Eagles and the Bills still lost. They focused too much of their attention on Shady McCoy’s rivalry game, and they will suffer from a letdown this week.

We’re going with Washington to get to .500, while the Bills fall out of the AFC playoff picture.

Sleeper Pick

Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville exercised some demons this past week against Indianapolis and we believe the Jaguars will continue the offensive onslaught this week against Atlanta.

We, for some reason, held on to the Falcons this past week in our ATS Lockness Monsters. We won’t make that mistake again.

The Falcons are broken on both sides of the football. They can’t play defense (they’ve given up 20 or more points in the previous four games), and they aren’t efficient on offense (they’ve scored less than three touchdowns in five of the past six games).

The Jaguars, meanwhile, have only scored 115 points in the last three games. That offense has been on fire and it’s aided by Blake Bortles’ development.

Jacksonville keeps getting better this season, while the Falcons have given up. The Falcons are in the midst of three consecutive road games, so we can’t imagine their effort will be any better than their trip to Carolina, where they were shut out 38-0.

Be Careful

Arizona Cardinals

Possibly the best team in the NFL is going on the road to Philadelphia, which only a few weeks ago looked like possibly the worst team in the NFL.

So why are we walking on thin ice with the Cardinals? The Eagles all of sudden look like a more competent unit, playing better in all phases of the game. And while we like the Cardinals, we’re concerned with them against playoff teams.

The Cardinals have faced four teams with playoff aspirations. In the three wins, they’ve won by a combined 13 points.

With the Cardinals taking to the road on the East Coast, we’re not buying Arizona with our full confidence. Be weary of the Cardinals this week against the Eagles.
