Two games will continue the NBA playoffs Wednesday.

Here are the two best bets as the playoffs continue. Odds are provided by Oddsshark.com. Postseason record so far: 7-11.

Brooklyn at Atlanta (-9)

The NBA playoffs began well for Against The Chalk. They’ve been dreadful during the latter stages of the first round.

It’s never too late to pick it up, though, especially with several games left. Let’s start with the woeful No. 1 seed Atlanta Hawks.

The Hawks have been atrocious against the spread against the Nets. In fact, Atlanta is still searching for its first cover this series.

This series hasn’t only been bad for the Hawks against the spread. It has solidified every experts’ opinion that the Hawks aren’t ready to take the next step.

However, at some point the Hawks are going to get it going. Right? So, let’s throw out all conventional wisdom and go with the Hawks. Pick — Atlanta

Portland at Memphis (-5.5)

The Trail Blazers did in game four what I believed they would do in game three – use a strong a home crowd to propel them to victory.

If you haven’t noticed yet, I like Memphis. It could be a dark horse to the NBA finals. But the Blazers will play this one tight, since their backs are against the wall. This will be a close game, so I’ll give the edge to the Grizzlies straight up, but the cover to Portland. Pick — Portland
