Oddsmakers are banking on San Antonio’s recent free agent signings to propel it to the NBA finals.

The Spurs are now 4/1 odds to win the NBA title, up from the 10/1 odds Oddsshark listed when the NBA season concluded in mid-June.

San Antonio is now tied with Golden State as owning the best odds to win the championship from the Western Conference. The Cleveland Cavaliers are still the favorites just as it was when the NBA season finished. Oddsshark has the Cavs as 3/1 favorites to win the title.

The recent upswing occurred after the Spurs netted free-agents LaMarcus Aldridge and David West, and retained Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili.

Oklahoma City is still next in line at 7/1 odds, while the Los Angeles Clippers have gone from 10/1 odds to 18/1 odds after losing DeAndre Jordan, and the Chicago Bulls have gone from 10/1 to 12/1 odds.

Milwaukee also has made a move up, going from 100/1 to 50/1 odds since the season ended. The Portland Trail Blazers have seen its odds tumble, going from 40/1 to 80/1. Portland’s odds are now tied with Boston as being the 2015 NBA playoff teams with the worst odds to win the championship.

Three teams occupy the worst odds to win the NBA title. Philadelphia, Orlando and Charlotte are 250/1 odds to win the title.
