The week 10 waiver wire won’t feature near the capable fantasy football players who have been available in the past few weeks.

Most of those players are on rosters now, but there may be some diamonds in the rough available still on the waiver wire. Here are the top options this week on the waiver wire.

James Starks, Green Bay, Packers, Running back

Starks will likely be the hottest ticket on the waiver wire this week.

It’s been a wild fantasy ride for the Green Bay Packers and Starks is now the best option at running back for fantasy football owners. That’s right…he’s a more viable option than top-1o fantasy pick Eddie Lacy at this point.

We don’t know what’s wrong with Lacy, but Starks is getting plenty of attention in that offense. He can catch the ball out of the backfield, which helps his value, even with the uncertainty that comes with his role in the offense. He has two double-digit performances in the last three games. The only issue is that his other outing in that time period netted less than two points.

Starks is a good running back to own, but he may not be the most consistent scorer.

Karlos Williams, Buffalo Bills, Running Back

We’ve talked about Williams before on the waiver wire.

After a big outing in week 3, he was a hot pickup on the waiver wire. Then he got hurt, like pretty much everyone else on the Bills, and he was dropped by several fantasy football owners.

Now that he’s back, he’s once again a hot item on the waiver wire. He’s scored in every game he’s played in this season. The biggest issue with Williams is that he splits carries with LeSean McCoy, so that dwindles his value.

However, there are plenty of options who are worse than him, so he’s worth an add.

James White, New England Patriots, Running Back

Injuries are making running backs a quality choice off the waiver wire.

White will likely man the role Dion Lewis had in New England’s high-powered offense. He won’t get every-down back responsibilities, but should garner plenty of looks in the passing game.

Like other running backs on this list, his value may not be consistent, but he should get more looks than he has in the past. That makes him a good add for owners looking for depth at the running back position.

Dorial Green-Beckham, Tennessee Titans, Wide Receiver

With 10 targets last week, Green-Beckham is starting to insert himself more in Tennessee’ offense.

That’s good news for fantasy football owners who have been patient with the rookie.

Without Kendall Wright in the lineup last week, Green-Beckham tallied his best day of his career with 77 yards receiving. The Titans are looking for quality options in the red zone and Green-Beckham should fit that bill.

With quarterback Marcus Mariota now healthy, that will open up the passing game. Green-Beckham could be a standout in the latter part of the season.
