DeAndre Hopkins keeps making heads turn. He was our top DFS start last week and he topped all wide receivers with 26.80 points. He is a target monster and garnered another 15 targets.

Last week he added a pair of touchdowns, which going into last week was his only negative in the season. He should have another big outing this week against Miami.

There’s no question about Hopkins starting on your fantasy football team. But here’s our list of start ’em, sit ’em for wide receivers in week 7 of the NFL season.

Daily fantasy start of the week

Keenan Allen vs. Oakland Raiders

Had Allen not exited Sunday’s game with an injury, he may have topped the 20-catch mark.

He had 14 catches in less than three quarters against the Green Bay Packers before having to leave with a shoulder injury. He appears to be ready to go this week, and this matchup is even better.

San Diego can’t run the ball. And against Oakland, which is third-best statistically against the run, we anticipate the Chargers to throw plenty this game. Maybe not 65 passes like last week, but enough where Allen will see a lot of volume.

In two of three games at home this season, Allen has gone for double-digits in fantasy football scoring, and that includes only one touchdown.

His biggest strike against him has been the lack of touchdowns on a consistent basis, with three total this season. But against the Raiders’ bad pass defense, we’re looking for Allen to strike early and often.

Start

Robert Woods vs. Jacksonville

We’re not too keen on Buffalo’s passing offense since it ranks 28th in the league.

But Woods has an intriguing matchup this week and could be the main weapon in Buffalo’s passing offense.

Sammy Watkins is doubtful to play and Percy Harvin also is injured. That pretty much leaves Woods as the main target, alongside tight end Charles Clay.

And we know Buffalo likes to run the ball, but Jacksonville can stop the run at times, and is limiting the opposition to the fewest yards per carry in the NFL.

Woods ranks third on the team in catches and saw six targets last week when Watkins was taken out with an injury. He’s worth a look since the Bills won’t have many other options.

Terrance Williams vs. New York Giants

We’re not that fond of the Dallas Cowboys quarterback situation either, but with Matt Cassel stepping into the starting role and facing the Giants, Williams should see an increase in production.

We assumed Williams would be a fantasy football stalwart when Dez Bryant went down with injury. But the lack of a competent quarterback has held him down.

Cassel isn’t great either, but Williams should see several targets against the Giants.

New York has allowed the third-most passing yards per game this season in the NFL. Even last week against struggling Sam Bradford, the defense allowed 280 yards passing.

Williams should get more targets and we anticipate him to reach double-digits.

Daily fantasy sit of the week

Julio Jones vs. Tennessee Titans

We understand that Jones is a beast in fantasy football. But the Titans actually allow the least amount of passing yards per game in the NFL and it’s likely due to its bad rush defense.

Teams are only attempting 25 passes per game. Yes, you read that right — 25. In today’s NFL, that’s almost unheard of.

We don’t believe it’s because of a dominating secondary. It’s because the rush defense just isn’t any good.

Teams are running the ball an average of 28 times against the Titans and going for 130 yards per game. With Devonta Freeman in the backfield, we anticipate the Falcons to continue that trend.

Jones will get his share of targets, but it won’t be enough to spend that kind of money in DFS on him.

Sit

Anquan Boldin vs. Seattle Seahawks

We’ve been satisfied with Boldin’s previous two weeks. We weren’t giving up on him and he came back with two big outings.

This week, though, doesn’t look promising.

The Seahawks are a top-five passing defense and so far this season, it’s been the tight ends that have done most of the damage in the passing game. Seattle is limiting wide receivers to the second-fewest fantasy points among teams in the NFL.

Against good passing defenses like Arizona and Minnesota, Boldin went for five points combined.

He also has a nagging hamstring injury, too, so we’re avoiding Boldin in this game.

Pierre Garcon vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Teams just don’t throw the ball against Tampa Bay.

Teams are attempting less than 30 passing attempts per game against the Buccaneers and going for just a little more than 200 yards per game.

We’re not that intrigued by Tampa Bay’s defense overall, but that should send red flags to Garcon owners, especially since the Redskins like to the run ball anyway.

And during the last few weeks, his targets have been inconsistent. Just last week, he had eight targets…all in the first half during a game where the Redskins trailed in the second half.

We’re avoiding him this week based on the matchup.
